Faire une pâte brisée avec le beurre la farine et l’eau. Faire cuire les choux de Bruxelles dans l’eau bouillante avec le jus d’un demi citron. Mixer les choux avec la ricotta et la moutarde. Faire revenir les lardons (facultatif) et les champignons à la poêle. Mettre le mélange choux de Bruxelles et ricotta moutarde sur le fond de tarte. Ajouter champignons lardons. Cuire à 180° 25 minutes
